I have an inquiry from American Investment Bank, listed as permissible purpose on 07/26/2001. I have disputed this with Experian, and they actually claimed to have verified it. I sent a letter CM RRR, to the "Bank" to ask them to remove it or prove to me that I applied or had credit with them. They sent me a response back saying they would not remove it, that I applied for the credit but could not provide me any more information, no application signatures nothing... What recouse do I have?
