I signed up with American Financial Services (owned by Genus Credit Mgmt) last year. I still receive statements from my creditors as well as a statements from AFS. I noticed that I am still being charged over the limit fees. It ocurred to me that just because I've made this postitive step toward paying off my cc bills (signing up with AFS) doesn't mean that it is positively affecting m,y credit history. Does my credit history say late (or some other negative piece of info) for each of these accounts or what? If so, what can I do to show that I working on paying them off?
