My Discover Card account was sold to a C.A. I'm trying to determine when my 4 yr statute of limitations is up. Discover said I have to call them to get a detailed list of my payments, to determine when I first fell behind. Isn't that like asking the fox for the way out of the chicken coop? Please, I hope someone will answer, as I'm being dragged to court by a lawyer
