OK- good news and bad news. Your "official" delinquency date is Sept.'99- 120 days -90 from Equifax 12/99. This is bad news for your Fl SOL. HOWEVER, if you have ANY records from your CCCS payments, or if you can get copies from them that showed your account was delinquent when you started with them, you can use that as proof your original delinquency was in 1996.
