Generally speaking, if you have ANY proof of the SOL being out of date, like your CCC records, and present them in such a way as to indicate that you were delinquent back in 1996, and never actually "caught up" you stand a good chance of the mediator disallowing the claim as being time-barred. (by the way, I hope you are not using your REAL name on a public board)
