Auto Loan Refinance

I have lousy credit, and I'm currently paying a fortune in interest on my auto loan. I received an letter from Capital One offering a lower finance rate if I refinance through them. I'm sure it's not the best deal in the world, but it's far better than I'm currently paying through my original loan. Should I apply?
