over my head in debt

Hi: I am way over my head in credit card debt ($30,000) because of husband's job change, schooling costs and loss of my income. Discover, Citibank, MBNA and Capitol all demanding payment in full now, even offering settlements but I cannot fully pay anyone. Where can I start to try and make everyone, or someone happy. I feel such an enormous load of anxiety... Many thanks if anyone can help with a suggestion.
