OK= You are the first person I have seen, (although probably not the last) who signed a compulsary arbritration agreement for your credit card. I strongly suggest you get a lawyer, perhaps a bankruptcy lawyer,(not to file bk, but because they know Fl.law on arbitration) you have apparently signed away your protection under all the fair credit laws. I will keep looking for more information.
