I am taking this situation VERY seriously, up to now I thought the only problem with mandatory arbitration was the inability of people to file class action or individual suits AGAINST credit card companies. I have NEVER seen the provision used for collection activities. Before I go full steam ahead, let me make sure of one thing. Was this, by any chance, a BUSINESS credit account? You said you were using your business address as a mailing address, did you take it out as a BUSINESS account?
