Are they listed on your credit report? If not, call or e-mail your consumer protection division of your State and ask for the telephone fraud dept.If you have never received anything in writing, you are being subject to a phone scam, You can also file a complaint with the FTC. These rip-off scams try to get information they don't have, try to get people to wire funds to them or give them checking account #'s. I agree, don't talk to them, if they call back say you only do business by mail, ask them to send you a letter.If they don't have your address,try to get theirs.Don't give them ANY information.
