No, its an individual creditcard account, and I never signed anything AFTER I was first late. From timet to time though there were amendnemts added to the Card Policy (the fine print). Under the provisions of the Cerdit Card Aggrement, there si a section about Arbitration and Litigation there are several issues: 1.the Arbitration and Litigation provisions apply unless I was given a chance to reject...(I was never notified about this) 2last sentence exactly as written : THE RESULT IF THIS ARBITRATION AGGREMENT IS THAT CLAIMS CANNOT BE LITIGATED IN COURT INCLUDING SOME CLAIMS THAT COULD HAVEBEEN TRIED BEFORE A JURY AS CLASS ACTIONS OR AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS. 3. another interesting issue " this arb and litig. section shall survivethe termination of your account with us as well as any voluntary payment of debt in full by you any bankrupcy by you or sale of debt to us" so thos is where its stands at this point
