I have NO IDEA how the ca- NCO can imagine that the arbitration agreement extends to collection efforts, How is the account shown on your credit report? I think, perhaps, NCO somehow slipped this into the arbitration system as a business account. If your correct Florida address is showing on your credit report. -- Send a letter, registered, return receipt to the arbitration forum, use whatever account # they show. State that this is a notification to them that they are in violation of the FDCPA, that the account is a personal account, that you are reporting their actions to the FTC and the Fl. Consumer Protection Dept.State that they should cease and desist their illegal collection activities immediately.Send it registered, return receipt. Go on line and file a complaint with the FTC and Fl Consumer protection, when you do, you will get a file # for each, include those #'s in your letter to the arbitration service.Hold off on doing anything with NCO until you get some response on this. You may be a "trial balloon" for the collection agencies, but I don't think the arbitration service is aware of what NCO has done to them.
