Reporting dates

Just checking on something.....I had settled one account before i found this site...they are still reporting the balance (the difference in what they settled for) but why chat is always saying that if you make a settlement they will change the date...they have not done so..it is updated as far as the balance is concerned but the date of last activity is still the same and according to Experion (my fav report for its clarity) it is still scheaduled to depart from my sight at the same time as it was before i settled...so will this change if i ever dispute?? also can i get accounts that are being reported twice (or thrice) by different ca deleted because of duplication...how do you deal with that...also (sorry to be so long) i have still not received anything from Pinnicle (they just bought by Citibank account in March according to TU). I can't really dispute them until they send me something right???I don't really want to mess with them until they mail me something..do they ever just not mail out anything??
