Well, but can they really enforce the decision of the Arbitration Forum? Even if I never had my day in court? Can they actually come into my home and take items? Can they put liens and seize property? These are the really scarry things because until they just write letters be my guest.
MBNA never offered me any repayment plan, reduction of interest rates , etc, although I was a good customer for years, never been late, etc.
