A Judgement Against Me!

-Just got a copy of an information subpoena that some CA lawyers sent to Sears asking for personal info about me. Thus I just learned a default judgement was entered against me last July in NYC Civil Court! They used an old NYC address despite the fact that my current Florida address of the past 2 years is on my credit report. -Any chance that I can get the judgement vacated because I was never served? Does the info subpoena violate the FDCPA by communicating with a third party (Sears) for purposes other than acquiring location info about me without my consent?
