The Arbitration Forum is a legitimate company with an excellent reputation. Their website does not indicate ANY illegal collection activities. If they have a toll free # call them, ask to speak to someone in charge of customer relations, or in their legal department. Tell them what you have received. Tell them that you are calling them before you report this violation of the FDCPA to the FTC and the Florida Dept. of Agr. consumer protection agency as a COURTESY to them, as they may not be aware of NCO's misuse of their name.PLEASE keep us informed of what happens.
