No, I've not received any letters at my current address. I'll have to get a new copy of my CR and see if their were any inquiries before the judgement. The name of the Plaintiff is "North American Capital Corporation" - I never heard of them before. I have no idea what state they're from but they used a NY law firm. Perhaps this really is an identity theft situation or it could possibly be a credit card debt from 1997. I have no info other than what's on the info subpoena. I recall having another person's CC info (-her name was identical to mine)appear on my CR years ago so it's also possible that it might be hers. There are index and file numbers so I'll use those to write to the NYC court.
