along those lines, what can a person do, when the debt is no longer on CR, but the CAs still cont,, to make a hard COLLECTIONS inquiry on the CR every couple of months, even if I sent them a C/D letter, does that stop them from cont,, to pull the Cr, leaving an ugly mark for two yrs?? thanks
