First, writing in all caps is considered "yelling" & rude. You should have complained about the problems immediately from where you purchased the vehicle and to your state's consumer protection division and motor vehicle registry (most have laws protecting buyers against lemons such as yours if truly the case). Have you actually had a judgement entered against you? You HAVE TO ANSWER to lawsuits when a summons is served - NOT - after the fact. If there has not been a judgement entered against you - you better file an answer without delay. Once a judgement is entered there's little you can do about it.
