Yes this is a work related injury, but was not reported as such by my Plant Physcian. I was on STD which ran out before my personal physcians would release me for full duty. It is really tough to find a lawyer here in H-Town, Texas that will handle this type of case. In addition it is really tough to pursue one due to my shooling and part-time work schedule. I understand the repercussions of dipping into my 401k, that is why I opted for after-tax, instead of pre-tax, I never trust big business or Uncle Sam to take care of me and my family. I will graduate in September and nothing will keep from doing that -maybe I have my priorities in the wrong order but I feel as though my education is more important than my credit(catch-22, need good credit to get into my field of study). this is why I have got to find some do-able answers. --Help
