I decided to pull a couple credit reports (Equi and Exp) and lo and behold....PCM is no longer on there. POOF. I have disputed in the past with no luck of getting them off and now poof. It wasnt supposed to disappear till next month. Any clue what happened? Also, I have a judgement from 8/98 filed. I paid this in December and the creditor was supposed to clear this up, but has not. What do I need to do to get this cleared and what can I do with the credit agencies to clear it off there. It is now literally the ONLY negative item left. I have been able to successfully either dispute the rest and paid a couple minor ones.
