I didn't think you'd be reaffirming the debt with this letter. At least I hope not. I sent a CA this letter back in October. I thought it would be interpreted as saying that I don't deal with collection agencies and I'd get in touch with who they say are the original creditor to get it straightened out. I didn't think there was anything in there that says I'm refusing to pay or admitting or denying the debt is mine. But if I use that letter ever again, I will definitely replace that sentence.
