i have a situation, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. i have been fighting with my insurance co to pay a claim to an xray center, after numerous attempts the insurance co finally sent me a letter today stating a ck has been sent directley to the xray center on 4/12/02, however, the xray center was notified of all of this and still sent it out to a CA. now that they are paid in full from an insurance screw up, how do i get this off of my credit report by the CA. this board is great help BTW
