I'm not in NC anymore , I didn't realize that made a difference. Now, just to clarify, if it is past 4 years, (that is the sol for NC), they cannot bring a lawsuit against me but they can still continue to report it for 7 years from the delinquincy date? I was confused in my previous post, I thought they could not report it to the CB after 4 years. But that is for 7 right? I have been reading alot, just getting confused on some stuff.
