The Fair Credit BILLING Act deals with ALL kinds of credit billing.Health care providers are particularly obligated to bill insurance companies in a timely manner and to honor payment agreements with patients. The Fair DEBT Collection Practices Act deals with ANY 3rd party collector for ANY consumer debt.
