why chat, interesting info on phone bill SOL

more on the phone bill saga, I just hung up with a lawyer in NY, asked him, whats the SOL on a phone bill in NY, he says 6 yrs for contract, then I said, how can a phone bill be written contract, with set interest rates, and set monthly payments, I understand its not a open acct with a set creditlimit, blah, he says, "Dont tell me what I already know", so then I said, I never signed a contract, just gave SSnumber on the phone to them, and had to go to local check cashing place a give a 90 deposit,,, well NO he says phone bill is written, not in UCC sale of goods,, so then when I told him the debt occured in Georgia, He says,, OH whole diiferent ball game,,, they the CA has to sue you in Georgia, then I said, but they can sue me in NY, its my perm address, and they can see it on my CR, so then he says, " any time some one wants to come to a state different than where the debt occurs, cause you moved they have to apply to debt states SOL in new residence state,,,, he got pissed cause I said are you sure,, so he said,,,,,,, ITS called "conflict of law" and a whole entity on its on,, I dont know georgia SOLS, but beleive me they woulda sued you already in georgia, they arent comin to NY to sue you and if they did, Georgia SOL applies,,,,,,, k
