I own a mobile home and have been trying to sell it for a few months. I don't live there and the lot rent has become to high for me to make all the payments. I am trying to sell it through a agency however they haven't done any better than I. What are my options. I can't afford to keep making the payments and don't know what to do with the Mobil home. I can't rent it because the lot must approve all persons before they are allowed to live there. And I can't afford to move it elsewhere. What am I to do. Is it possible to turn it back to the credit union. What will happen to me.
