It would really help when posting if all would include the following information: date of debt, state of residence, if debt was charged off & what month and year, and any other particular info that would help answer your question. Though everyone has their "own particular situation" lots of answers can be found if you look through the previous posts as well. Also, when you get a response - please note - we are not attorneys and do not represent being attorneys - only offer suggestions and possible solutions.
