Open accounts (credit cards) have a 3 year SOL - written contracts have a 5 year SOL. It looks like you are home free-- There is one thing more you should check on at the courthouse. Some State's (like Texas) have a "writ of attachment" that can be obtained after a judgment is entered. If there is one, it expired with the unrenewed judgment (at least it would in Texas). While you are checking to make sure the judgment wasn't renewed, check on that too.
