Yes I have had an experience with NCO. They are very irresponsible and they stole my $200. Not only did they steal my money they continue to harass me at work asking that I start another payment plan with them. They also put false information on your account and they never respond to any letters or faxes that are sent to them. They are the worst and most dishonest collection agency that I have ever dealt with.
