Some debts with common named debtors have wound up on the credit reports of multiple innocent people. Send themthe dispute validation identity theft letter I have posted several times. You can, if you wish, add that you have never lived at the subject address, and any continued misrepresentation on their part, or on the part of the original creditor is a serious violation of the FDCPA and the FCRA and the Privacy Act,and you will take appropriate legal action if neccessary.
