My problem with them is that they bought one of my debts and have had it on my report for a little over a year but have not contacted me at all about it....in fact, I didn't even know they bought it until I requested my report and saw it. I've disputed them through the CRA and sent a validation letter but all that happened is that they now show it as closed by consumer with a balance....I'm afraid that they'll sell it any time now to another agency so I'll have another bad mark. The worst of it is is that they seem to be unreachable....like the original poster said, they don't respond to letters, faxes, phone calls, ect. Until I guess they want to take action against you. They are indeed scum!
