I've read a lot of the forum so I wont ask unnecssarily, but havn't found this which I need for court: If I don't have payment records showing first delinquency on my credit card, who has burden of proof of SOL start time?..Me or the CA? Equifax seems to be wrong about when I first got behind in payments. I recall not making full payments in '97, but dont have proof of it. I never was current after that, but Equifax shows my delinquency started in July '99. I'm sure that's wrong. Is Equifax God's last word on it in court? Skylynx from Florida
