i received this summons back in january it was delivered to me by messenger... i called the clerk of court and they said that something was filed on the 11th of april and that a judge is going to review it for litigation on the 29th . . so i havent received any official summons as of yet.. how do i defend myself ie let the judge know that sol has expired...
should i let court know they served me phony summons.. couldn't they be fined for that ??
also are you positive on the sol for colorado I thought it was 6 years??? thanks
