Cool thanks gonna look at that site now. I really appreciate your help. I posted a new message on the board that answers your questions. Equifax stated that the it would come off the report on 11/2004, Experion states the last activity was 11/97.

I have a copy of the summons right here, it's requesting an answer, it's a group of attorneys on behalf of Pinnacle Credit Services.
