Another SOL Question-Anyone Know?

I used to commute to work in NYC and had a p.o. box address there where most of my bills, etc would be mailed to. My actual residence (where I owned a home, voted, etc) was in Pennsylvania. I now live in FL.
Question: If I was issued a credit card at that time using the NYC address (but my legal residence was PA), would the SOL used now be NY State or PA State?
