"Faxed a letter requesting validation" to WHAT attorney's office.?? Did this cleaning service give you a name of some supposed attorney? The only attorney you should be contacting is your State Attorney General- consumer fraud division.!! What is the address,if any, they gave you, and the fax #. I will trace them for you.
