Need a Letter for a debt not validated by CA

Linda, asked this before. 2 months ago, I received my CR and saw debt not mine! and disputed with both CRA and CA. CRA responded as "verified" and CA has not responded for certified return mail after 30 days. Which letter is good to remove this from CR and make CA to remove and stop collection efforts? Went over the breeze letters but there is no such a letter. May be I missed. Thanks
