JULIAN B. BRACKIN - I checked the yellow pages on the internet. I put his name, and the city, state, and it brought up his name and the address, attny at law, I gave you. (676 South McKenzie Street - Foley, AL 36535 The fax # it showed was 251-970-2054, I got that by calling the number and asking what their fax # was without giving my name. I was suspicious when the address she had typed at the top of the form was a p.o. box. I'll fax it to you if you want to see it. I can mark out all the personal info. Thanks for your help. Should I even do anything? What are the chances of actually being served with anything? Should I go ahead and send the validation letter?
