So, he works for a collection agency? Should I ignore and wait to be served? What are the chances they will do that? Should I wait until then to validate? I am confused now. From what you are saying, this lady that is calling me, is trying to somewhat scam me, but is part of a network somewhow affiliated with legitimate attny's office?
