Cause is provides CAs with a signature sample to use against you. They can then apply it to anything they want. Yes it is forgery but they will do it anyway. CAs are mean, nasty and sneaky.

NEVER provide a signature to any CRA, CA or OC that they dont already have. Use a printed signature block.
