When you send the validation letter, make sure you require their Alabama license and registration # as a collection agent. Check your Experian credit report, they seem to be the only ones who are accurately reporting initial delinquency dates.Take the date they show as the "removal date" and subtract 3 years,that will give you your Ga.4 year SOL.This weird ca in Alabama would need to find someone in Ga. to file for him,(perhaps he can find a cooperative cleaning service !)
