Congratulations!! Are you the one who closed the bank account? What do you mean "sort of?" - Wow!! under the circumstances, that is a huge win. Now, if this situation cost you money, affected your health, or anything else, get one of those attorneys that helped you, to file suit against this worm who calls himself a human being, and both of you can get some money for your trouble.
