Arbitration again....original question way below

I checked with several attorneys but they either said that they are too busy or said to hire an attorney in the Forum's area (i E Minnesota), but I live in Florida...sometimes I just think I sell my property and claim BK...gettig tired of make me run around. Seem to me that these lawyers don't want to take this case...I wonder why that is....is anyone can help?
