Here is what I have for CAMCO. They are trying to collect on a debt that I had "allegedly" had charged off 10 years ago. So far, I have them on MANY violations of the FDCPA, including:

1) Representing themselves as lawyers when they left a message on my answering machine about a "legal" issue;
2) Threatening to get a Judgment against me when they cannot legally do so.
3) Refusing to Validate the Debt(I was told that they are not a bank and don't have to give me anything!)
