Send them a reply,rrr." You have not furnished any authorization or assignment from the original creditor to allow your continued collection activity on this account. Since I am in receipt of direct communication from the original creditor,and since they make no reference to your company, I am turning over all records and correspondence with your company to the frauds division of the FTC and my State's Attorney General's office.Any further claim or contact from your company will be grounds for my filing a civil suit against you for violations of the FDCPA and the Statutes of Fraud."
If you want to pay the hospital,go ahead, but I advise against it as it has the potential for re-aging the account.
