If i send them this letter can they then turn around and furnish information i requested in the previous letter?? (since i stated 30 days or did they give that up when they mailed me there so called proof) and stick me with the bill? and should i send it now or should i wait?? Can they file a lawsuit against me in Missouri if i dont respond in 10 days Or is this just another one of there scare tactics? I have not heard anything from them by phone but I receive a letter from them about every 5-7 days....I have had one removed from my credit report (RMA held the account)that was from 10 yrs ago and 0ver 2500$ worth and that was tuff I got it off the credit report and it was placed right back on there...then removed again and then they started sending me collection notices......

I just want to make sure all my bases are covered
