It would have been helpful if you had used the same name as in your original post. (linked below), however, they cannot sue you,it is WAY past time even if they had authority to collect.The only way this (or anything else) can be "re-aged" and put back on your credit report is if you pay them. PLEASE take the "kick-me" sign off your back and get rid of these scumbag garbage sifting scavanger credit collection agencies the only way possible,send them a threat of law suit and they will go away.
