Actually they can and do grab entailed property all the time.Even if someone has NO equity. The cost of going down and releasing the judgment lien usually forces people into paying up. In the case here,all they have to do is "guaranty" the lien holder payment upon auction sale.Many a bike dealer has made big $$ on such sales,seizures,buybacks and resales.Bikes have NO protection (as far as I know) like cars do against seizure.
