It was a rebate check from Sprint and i already tried to get a copy, but it's such a huge corp, i just get passed around on the phone. Is it up to me to provide the proof?? doesn't the service center that entered the deposit incorrectly have some kind of copy of the check, obviously they made a mistake in posting somewhere, can i demand the provide me proof of the cancelled check???
